As a mum and experienced personal trainer, I understand the unique challenges women face on their journey back to fitness. I've worked extensively in pre- and postnatal fitness, contributed to the book "Natal Strength", and supported women through all stages of life — from pregnancy recovery to peri- and menopause.

I understand that every woman's body is different and ever-changing. That's why I create personalized programs that take into account your cycle, hormonal changes, lifestyle, and fitness goals. My approach blends evidence-based strength training, functional movement, and holistic wellbeing, helping women rebuild confidence, prevent injury, and feel strong in their bodies. I coach women of all levels — from those returning to fitness after a break, to athletes looking to optimize performance while respecting their physiology.

I also offer remote coaching, allowing women to access structured, flexible programs with guidance and support wherever they are. Every session is designed not just to build physical strength, but to empower women mentally and emotionally, helping you feel capable, confident, and in control of your fitness journey.
