As a British Weight Lifting Level 2 Coach and multiple-time British Weightlifting Champion, I bring both technical expertise and competitive experience to every session.
I've coached a wide range of athletes — from beginners learning the snatch and clean & jerk, to regional competitorsand high-level CrossFit athletes looking to refine their technique and improve performance under pressure.
My focus is on building strong foundations: movement quality, timing, and consistency. Whether your goal is to master the lifts, improve your strength for CrossFit, or step onto the competition platform, I'll tailor your training to your experience level and goals.
I also offer remote coaching, providing personalized programs, video feedback, and ongoing support so you can progress from anywhere.
